In 2020, we decided to start a social media experiment. We'd take everything we've learned in our 20+ year advertising careers, share it with anyone willing to listen and see if we could use it to grow an organic audience on Instagram. In the ensuing months we learned a lot about social media, the creator economy and what it takes to grow and maintain a social presence. Perhaps most importantly, the entire experiment has kept us sharp and introduced us to all kinds of interesting new people we would never have met otherwise.
